Front Cover
Barron's, 1997 - Juvenile Nonfiction - 24 pages
Cuddly, colorful teddy bears teach new words to very young children -- and they do it in two languages! Six titles are in both English and French, and six more are in English and Spanish. They give very young children an early start in learning a foreign language at the same time that they are learning their own. The illustrations on every page are in bright colors, with the left-hand page presenting picture-caption word in English and the right-hand page giving either its French or its Spanish equivalent, with pronunciation help. The last page of each book lists all the words that were presented, along with some easy general rules for pronunciation.

Here are the clothes that kids like to wear, and they're shown with labels in two languages. Just a few of the items are shorts, pajamas, socks, a T-shirt, and shoes.
