Chapters in Part II, Speaking before Student Groups, are: (4) Understanding and Managing Your Nervousness; (5) Involving Your Audience; (6) Discovering What Is Really Important at Your School; (7) Just Showing Off; and (8) Your Body Language Speaks Volumes. Chapters in Part III, Speaking before Parent Groups, are: (9) Scheduled Parent Meetings; (10) Working with Parents on More Difficult Issues; (11) Presenting a Persuasive Line of Reasoning; (12) Asking for Support; (13) If You Need to Speak on a Moment's Notice; and (14) How to Field Questions from Your Audience.
