About the author (2005)

Prof. NORMAN DUNCAN holds a professorship in psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, where he currently also serves as the Head of the School of Human and Community Development. His research and publications are primarily in the fields of racism and community psychology. He has co-edited a range of volumes, including, Race, racism, knowledge production and psychology in South Africa (Nova Science Publications, 2001).
