Qingyu Zhang received his Ph.D. in Manufacturing Management and Engineering from the College of Business Administration of the University of Toledo. He is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM) by APICS. He is also certified MCSD, MCSE, and MCDBA by Microsoft. He is an associate professor at Arkansas State University. He has published in European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Operations Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Kybernetes: International Journal of Systems and Cybernetics, Industrial Management & Data Systems, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Logistics Management, Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering, International Journal of Product Development, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, European Journal of Innovation Management, and International Journal of Information Technology and Decision Making.
