DAVID J. HOWELL is Co-Chair of the Global International Arbitration
practice of Fulbright & Jaworski and acts as counsel and advocate in
complex international arbitrations of commercial, investment and

JUDGE
RONALD J. HEDGES is Counsel at Nixon Peabody LLC and served as a United
States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the
District of New Jersey from 1986 to 2007. He is a member of the Advisory

Groups. Mr. Hedges is also on the Advisory Boards of the Georgetown

Sedona Conference Principles on Electronic Document Production. He also

E-Discovery Institute.
JOHN M. BARKETT is a Partner in the Miami
office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P and acts as arbitrator in
complex commercial and environmental disputes. He has published various
articles on e-discovery, including "E-Discovery For Arbitrators". He
teaches "E-Discovery" at the University of Miami Law School.
