About the author (2008)

Donn Hart has a PhD in Parapsychology and has worked for several International companies as an advisor, the last of which was Toyota Motor Group. During the 8 years he was with a Toyota Dealership, he learned the secrets of selling cars and ended up writing several manuals on the subject as well as training sales personnel. This training included the techniques of selling the cars for "full pop" or sticker and keeping the customer completely satisfied at the same time.
