Front Cover
Roger Ellerton, Dec 15, 2010 - Business & Economics
This book does not pretend to know what is best for you, nor will it tell you how to live your life. It is a Toolkit for Transformation - the Life Manual you didn "t get when you were born! It "s all about recognizing you have choice, you are always choosing. You have the choice of continuing to do what you have always done and get the same results, or you can choose to do something different.

About the author (2010)

I am the author of the following books: "Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: NLP and Common Sense for Coaches, Managers and You" (2nd Edition released in 2013), "Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: 5 Step Action Plan""Parents' Handbook: NLP and Common Sense Guide for Family Well-Being""NLP Techniques Anyone Can Use", "Win-Win Influence: How to Enhance Your Personal and Business Relationships (with NLP)" and "NLP and Personal Growth Thoughts".

For well over twenty years, I have been a student of personal development methodologies, especially NLP. As a result, I have transformed my own life (an on-going process), while opening many new and exciting challenges. I am a certified NLP trainer/coach and have been delivering NLP and personal growth seminars and coaching services since 1996. Participants often tell me how much fun it is being in my classes, how clearly I have presented the material and how ready and willing I am to answer their questions, while providing the insights they have long been searching for.

I believe that everyone can achieve the success they desire by developing their authentic selves, mastering internal and external congruence and taking charge of their lives. I enjoy and am very passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help people from all walks of life and all ages to learn, to address challenges at work and at home and to get more of what they desire in life. As a long-time successful businessman, university professor, public speaker, author and parent, I have first-hand experience with the personal/professional balancing act required in these busy times. I am a former tenured faculty member at the University of New Brunswick, an executive in the Canadian federal government, a certified management consultant (CMC) and I have been listed in the "International Who's Who in Education".

I have four wonderful children. I enjoy being outside in nature and working around my house.

I received my BSc. and MSc. from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and my PhD from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia, USA.

I am the founder and managing partner of Renewal Technologies Inc. For more information on my books, coaching, public speaking services and workshops, please visit www.renewal.ca.
