About the author (2001)

Eric Harr is a world-class triathlete, with more than twenty major triathlon victories around the world. A California native, he writes the fitness column for The Marin Independent Journal and appears on the weekly show Fitness Friday on KFTY-50. He is the CEO of Eric Harr Omnimedia, a fitness company. He will host a thirteen-part documentary series with Olympic swimmer Dara Torres in which they train with the world’s best athletes and learn their innermost wisdom on fitness. He is married and lives and trains full-time in Marin County, California.
