About the author (2010)

The winner of several teaching, innovation, and service awards, Jim Knight is a research associate at the University of Kansas Center for Research and Learning and the president of the Instructional Coaching Group. Frequently asked to guide professional learning for instructional coaches, he has presented and consulted throughout the U.S., Canada, and Japan.
