Front Cover
Fundacja im. K. Kelles-Krauza, 1994 - Antisemitism - 96 pages
Deals with the political situation in Poland in the 1930s and concentrates on violent anti-Jewish actions after Pilsudski's death, such as the pogroms in Przytyk, Mińsk Mazowiecki, and other localities, and many other incidents (e.g. attacks on Jews in the streets, breaking windows in Jewish shops and houses). Analyzes the importance of antisemitism and its forms (economic boycott, numerus clausus, and ghetto benches in the universities) in Endecja's ideology and political struggle, and stresses that the growth of anti-Jewish actions after 1935 was related to the hope of the Endecja party for more power.
