The revised edition of this is even better than the original. Great info about the vegetables and how to grow them. Also includes a list of all the vegetables with their respective Chinese and Japanese names and a list of seed companies that sell Asian veggie seeds. Read full review

About the author (1994)


JOY LARKCOM is the author of The Salad Garden: Salad from Seed to Table, and is a pioneer in organic gardening. A recent Garden Writer of the Year in Britain, she has been awarded the Royal Horticultural Society's prestigious Veitch Memorial Medal.
