About the author (2010)

A Denver-based freelance writer, Eric Peterson has written and contributed to numerous Frommer's guidebooks covering the American West and Ramble Colorado (, as well as numerous travel features for in-flight magazines and newspapers. He's an avid camper and hiker, a lifelong Broncos fan, and rock star (at least in the eyes of his niece, Olivia, and nephews, Mitch and Sam).
