For some, especially those who just start learning about marketing in social media, this is a great book as it's able to build some theoretical framework on the subject. But I didn't find many new ideas here - most of them can be easily found on the Internet or any other books. Read full review

About the author (2007)

Larry Weber has spent the last three decades building global communications companies, including Weber Shandwick Worldwide and the W2 Group. He is also the founder and Chairman of the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange, the nation's largest interactive advocacy association.
