About the author (2007)

Elizabeth Wood is diver and photographer whose work primarily deals with marine conservation and reef ecology. Lawson Wood is considered to be one of the world's leading underwater photographers. He is the author of several books in the Dive Sites series.

Travel writer and photographer Nick Hanna has an intimate knowledge of Crete. A regular newspaper contributer, he has written various books including Globetrotter Travel Guide to London and The Rough Guide to the Millenium, and is consultant editor of New Holland's Dive Sites of the World series.
