If your an ovum vegetarian your going to love this book. Far too many egg containing dishes if your not. You might be able to get away without using egg in some of the dishes that contain only 1 egg. Great overview on Vitamins, Utensils, Vegetables, Nuts and Seeds, Fruit, Grains and Legumes, Fresh Herbs and tips on growing your own herb garden.
