What people are saying - Write a reviewUser Review - Flag as inappropriate By far the worst excuse for a textbook I have ever been required to waste money on. Springer definately dropped the ball on this one. They either highered a 3rd grader as the editor for this text, or just completely decided to forgo proofreading it before they published. Ever chapter has numerous misspellings, most of which are words missing multiple characters and are therefore completely illegible. The most aggravating aspect of this textbook is its so called "companion site". Right when you think youve finally made it to the portion of the chapter where the author(s) tie all of the previous incoherent pockets of information together with a spiffy applet or the complete source code of an example.... You guessed it, a big fat 404 error. Gotta love it. Related books
