I found this book to be a helpful overview of the high-level ideas in Lean Six Sigma. I particularly enjoyed the focus on how to implement LSS in an organization. Arthur argues persuasively that starting with top-down efforts focused on broad training and certifications don't work. Instead, apply his 4/50 rule and focus on a small number of items that can make a big difference.
This book is not an in-depth treatment of Six Sigma statistical methods, so readers familiar with the ideas and looking for in-depth help in this area won't find much new. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in the topic or improvement methods in general.
Review: Lean Six SIGMA DemystifiedUser Review - Peter Bylone - Goodreads
Does get a little in depth sometimes, and I was really looking for an overview, but overall a good book on Lean and Six Sigma practices. Especially good if you're going to be implementing what you learn immediately or in the very near future. Read full review
