The info about the Blue Book is pretty well correct. The only thing to mention is that the Blue Book is a compiled work of practical "proven to work" pieces of info coming from members who have used it and is vetted by GROW leaders worldwide before it is added to the book.

This book is used at Grow meetings. These are supported meetings run and attended by mental health patients. The book was written by a catholic priest who had psychiatric treatment. The book is quite short, about 80 small pages. The members listen to each others life experiences and refer each other to sections of the book. The book has some interesting ideas. It sometimes mentions god but overall the tone is not that religious. A passage I liked referred to what it called the commonest fallacy. According to this book the commonest fallacy is to assume that the opposite of a falsehood is the truth when in actually, the opposite of a falsehood is usually another falsehood.
