Good basics for Food Processor know-how. Describes all the blades and uses, charts for a variety of foods and examples on how to chop, slice etc. Plus, great recipes for breads, desserts and meals. My favorites include Page 68 Moussaka; Page71 Zucchini Nut Loaf, and Page 90 Carrot-Pineapple Cake (EXCELLENT). Definitely worth the space on my shelf.
