I have to agree with the other reviewers, Higbie and Thinsan have put together a masterful reference book for any beginning Thai learner or Advanced non-native Thai speaker's library. It answers a lot of questions especially those late at night when one's Thai teacher is not available. For sure this book ranks at the top of my stack of Thai language learning books. It should be noted that the book is not cheap, but worth the money. The printing is high quality on excellent semi glossy thicker grade paper. Somewhat heavy for a book its size, one gains an appreciation for both the quality in printing and the content printed inside.
If the authors of this book happen to read this review, please let this note serve as a thanks for those of us out there that take learning Thai seriously. You did a great job compiling the material and kept it simple and easy to comprehend. This reader appreciates your effort.
