GREAT book! I have taken many personality tests, career aptitude tests, and career interest tests but this helped me more than the others. The tests are accurate and measurable. They are not as subjective and open for interpretation like the others I've taken. Tests are timed and answers are either right or wrong. I was surprised at my scores in some of the subjects. I also appreciated the careers listed by cluster; it opened my mind to careers I'd never considered but can now see how I'd flourish in them. The book helped immensely. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the list of careers is limited and there is no place to get additional information categorized by clusters. I wish there was a website for more information. Although the book is updated for this century, it's now a couple decades old.
