This is by far the most informatative manual that I have ever used. I commend Dan Poynter for educating me on "how to write, print, and sell [my] own book." If you want to self-publish this is "the bible." Dan is informational on many levels. Though his was not into the POD thing at this point, many of the details he gives in this book will help you get into print. Read full review
