This book provides many different fasting meals and I've only tried one that I really didn't like (Vegetable Melange). Many of our favourite fasting recipes come from here, from Green Bean and Tomato Pasta to Salmon Cakes, Tuna Pie to Chickpea and Cous Cous Salad (this one is delicious). The difficulty of each recipe varies, but it is a book we come back to again and again, through Lent, Nativity, and regular fasting days throughout the year. I've given this away as gifts, and it has been well received.
