About the author (1997)

Speaker Eric Chester is an expert on Generation Why, which is a term he created for people born after 1980. He has written Employing Generation Why: Understanding, Managing, and Motivating Your New Workforce and Getting Them to Give a Damn: How to Get Your Front Line to Care about Your Bottom Line. He has appeared on numerous national media outlets including Good Morning America, MSNBC, FOX News, CNN, ABC, and 20/20. He was inducted into the Council of Peers Award of Excellence International Speakers Hall of Fame in 2004.
