This book is a collection of poems that reflect the life experiences of Lawrence J. Cureton. Better known in the martial arts world as Larry "Thunderfoot" Cureton. It is my perception of things in life and the way I see them. In a poetic way so that the youth of America can easily relate.

About the author (2006)

Larry is a first time author. This is his first book with more in the works.

Larry is one of four kids. Raised by a single mother. Larry is the only boy and the second youngest.

Larry is a 7th degree black belt in karate, a six time Super Hvy. Wt. Kickboxing Champion (retired), a personal trainer, and heís also a Professional Firefighter with the Jersey City Fire Dept.( 18 yrs. of service)

He likes to go to schools and talk to the children about his life experiences. So that they can see that you can do anything you put your mind to.

Larry says; I love to talk to the children to try and guide them. To be that male in their life that I didnít have. To show them that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
