About the author (1992)

GEOFFREY M. BELLMAN has consulted to organizations from the inside and outside for more than twenty-five years. He is the author of the audio program Making Consulting Valuable (Jossey-Bass, 1991) and The Quest for Staff Leadership which received the 1987 National Book Award from the Society for Human Resource Management.
