I do not know of any scholars around today who do not recommend this book as far as an in depth study of Matthew goes.If your wondering if its buyable I would like to say it is a worthy buy for this great Gospel. Read full review

About the author (2005)

John Nolland is academic dean and lecturer in New Testament studies at Trinity College, Bristol, England. An ordained minister of the Church of England, he is also the author of the three-volume Word Biblical Commentary on the Gospel of Luke.
