I picked this up because of the parallels between the state of the country when FDR took over and its state as Obama takes over the presidency. I listened to the unabridged audiobook version on the way back from Colorado at the end of December. This book is just an excellent lesson on the Great Depression and the political genius of FDR. Read this book. There are many lessons we should apply today. Read full review
