About the author (2008)

Tomei is the dean of academic services and associate professor of education at Robert Morris University. He earned a B.S.B.A. from the University of Akron and entered the U.S. Air Force, serving until his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1994. Dr. Tomei complete his MPA and MEd at the University of Oklahoma, and EdD from USC.
