Elizabeth Miles, illustrator of "Dorothy of Oz" by Roger S. Baum, lives in Laguna Beach, California.

Seitzinger is a self-taught artist. She worked for three years as a pictorial-billboard painter for a local advertising company. Her temporary art forms hang along highways from Canada to Southern California, from Reno to the Oregon coast.
