This small paperback took 21 days to reach me because of the contorted way it was sent through ups and usps. It is nothing more than a below average compendium of calorie values, having very few restaurant meals or useful info that you can't find on the backs of any package. ... Read full review

I was very dissapointed with this calorie counter. Although the title indicates it's a complete calorie counter, it is very incomplete. There are so many common foods that aren't listed. Then a lot of the foods that are listed don't have a portion size on it. Don't bother with this one. ... Read full review
