MICHAEL J. D. SUTTON is a Partner in the Document Engineering practice at the international firm of FMP/Flaman Management Partners Ltd. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in IS and document management, and was a coarchitect of the first computer-assisted document engineering framework and methodology.
