I've never understood why these three organizations write a book designed to promote uniform standards for educational and psychological testing ... and then guarantee that the book will *not* be widely disseminated by demanding $50 for it. Sure, libraries, associations, and some graduate programs will buy the book but your average psychologist out on the front lines is highly unlikely to shell out $50 for this book.
