About the author (1985)

Before becoming a full-time author, Lee Roddy worked for a Los Angeles advertising agency writing copy for major corporations and wrote radio network dramas for NBC, ABC, and CBS. He has written over 50 novels and 15 nonfiction works. His numerous children's series include Between Two Flags, Giants on the Hill, Pinkerton Lady Chronicles, D. J. Dillon Adventure, and Kidwitness Tales. His novel, The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, became a prime-time television series on NBC. He also wrote the film Jesus for Campus Crusade for Christ.
