Makes decision to go plant based easy and tasty
After reading this book and watching Forks Over Knives, it was a no-brainer to go plant-based. It's been 3 months since my family started and we have
not looked back. Personally, I lost 10lbs while eating LOTS of great food. My blood pressure has dropped to 105/65. I will get my cholesterol checked soon and amend this review. Anyway, I am 43 years old and feel better than when I was 20. I use the recipes frequently. This is an inspiring yet practical book. I love it!

Great book. Been on the diet for 3 months and lost 15 lbs, total cholesterol dropped from 220 to 170, and I don't miss the beef. As a professional chef I do take issue to saying you can saute with water or beer. Sorry, sauteeing is cooking with fat, there is no other way around it.

this book refers to a recipe on page 236 but will only go to page 213. Singularly frustrating. due to concerns about my blood pressure, I'll settle for my money back
