Joshua's Atlas 2
Joshua's Atlas 2 is like Joshua's Atlas in that it is acceptable reading material for school aged children yet riveting enough to arrest even the most adventurous of readers while at the same time, though provoking for learned individuals and exciting for motor vehicle enthusiasts.
So, the saga continues. This time with Annie by Joshua's side in his gallant and time necessitated quest. But, we find that it is the people that he meets that deserve to be characterized as gallant judging by their amiable deeds. It is as if every one in America as well as the world has a stake in Joshua's success; which of course they do but they are not allowed to know that Joshua is actually their last and only hope.
There is one major exception to Joshua's advocates. That is U.S. Air Force's Colonel Milton P. Morrison whose unrelenting pursuit repeatedly leaves in doubt, Joshua's ability to help save the world.
The colonel is one of those individuals that are not going to cede to the world's problem as he sees them and he commits to eventually conquer in this conflict one way or another. In the end, has he actually achieved success or is it just another diligent and ambitious try? God only knows.
Of course Bernie, the flying car never fails to perform its duties on the highway, in the atmosphere or outside of the atmosphere. It is Bernie that gives Annie and Joshua a view of a world worthy of preserving if they can.
The first book in the series, Joshua's Atlas, is also available from Trafford.
