About the author (2006)

The author is a retired aerospace manufacturing engineer and design engineer concluding his career on the delta four rocket program. However, he was always fascinated with the complicated English language. Approximately three years ago during a family feast his mind generated “I’m going to pare a pair of pears”.  That was the genesis for “WHAT WORD WHEN”
