A remarkable lesson in history manipulation and propaganda: how governments are capable of secrecy and intrigue as well as clandestine agreements which keep their populations in the dark and convince them that what diplomats and politicians say about relationships with other countries is the truth! How gullible the human race is despite their nationalities.
Had it not been for the Russian Revolution and the discovery of the secret documents of government collusion, these truths might never have been discovered. I'm sure the other nations, France, England, and yes, even America have a few of these secrets which they have never been revealed.
