About the author (2003)

Anne M. Fletcher is one of the leading interpreters of nutrition information to the general public North America. She is the former executive editor of Tufts University Diet & Nutrition Letter and author of the acclaimed book Eat Fish, Live Better. A graduate of Cornell University's nutrition program with a master's degree in nutrition science, she counseled hundreds of overweight patients of the New England Institute of Nutrition and Health and the Frances Stern Nutrition Center.
