Very interesting to Beatles music fans-- the information on the instruments, amps, microphones, and recording techniques is first rate. It also talks about some of the experimentation that went into making some of their later songs that didn't make it. Beautiful pictures as well (which you can't see in Google Books unfortunately)..

For Beatle anoraks like myself this book is a must. Its all in here - the guitars the amps the keyboards the drums. Its even got the serial numbers! Laid out in chronological order it gives you a pretty good idea of what gear they used on what recordings. It also has loads of photos that i've never seen before. Get it now.
