My grandfather, George Aubrey Hastings wrote this book. He was President Hoover's speechwriter in 1930-31, and also wrote a regular column for the Christian Science Monitor. I am working with an unpublished manuscript that was meant to be a sort of follow-up to Happy Journeys, called Boyhood Revisited that GAH wrote during the 2nd WW.
