About the author (1992)

Emma Darcy was born and raised in Australia.As a child, she wanted to be an actress but was partly satisfied by playing in amateur theater productions. She ultimately fulfilled that dream by becoming a writer, allowingherself to act out those dramas on paper. Darcy was initially a teacher of French and English, but she changed her career to computer programming before her marriage, and not long after that, began to write.
