I read this book and believe we are so controlled by our subconscious. "5 Steps to a Quantum Life", by another author also had a great effect on me. Using hypnosis to change your negativity in your subconscious mind is exactly what we all need to do to improve all aspects of our lives.

User Review  - Nate Hewitt - Goodreads

Not really a beginners guide. More like an introduction on what hypnosis is. You won't be hypnotising people. Read full review
