About the author (1986)

Madden was the winning coach in Super Bowl XI with the Oakland Raiders and has won eleven emmy awards as a broadcaster.

Anderson has been a sportswriter for the New York Times since 1966, he was awarded the Pulitzer Prize in 1981 for distinguished commentary
