Great translations with full commentary. Swamiji comes from an advaitic understanding, so the commentaries are in keeping with Shankaracharya and are quite enlightening. Read full review

Review: The Upanishads, Vol. I-IV (4 Volume Set)

Amazing translations of these essential Hindu scriptures, with perhaps excessively detailed notes and exegesis by Nikhilananda, along with wonderful essays by the late swami on Hinduism, its ethics, and other subtopics. It will take you a year at least to read through them, however! Read full review
