Review: A Patchwork Planet

This is by far my favorite Anne Tyler book and one I would love to read again. It is humorous and down to earth with quirky, flawed characters I would love to meet! The main character, Barnaby Gaitlin ... Read full review

I really would like to give it 3 1/2 stars. The ending could have been better but some of the observations the main character made were quite interesting. Read full review

4-1/2 stars. I really liked this book--something I can't say for all of Anne Tyler's work. The book kept my interest throughout, had interesting characters and was well paced. I had no idea, even ten pages from the end, how it was going to end. Recommend. Read full review
