Dennis Nolan is a registered professional engineer in Fire Protection Engineering in the state of California with a B.S. in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.S. from Florida Institute of Technology. He has been listed in various Who's Who publications for over 15 years and was nominated to appear in the publication "Outstanding Individuals of the 20th Century.
