I found this book a handy addition to anyone interested in Yoga. The illustrations showing the muscles used during each pose were spectacular. The drawings are well done, very detailed. The accompanying text explains how each pose works each muscle and how it benefits the muscle group and your body as a whole. Really helps one understand how each pose works and explains the benefits. A great companion book to go along with any Yoga Discipline.

This book doesn't suit straight-through reading, but it's a really great reference, and I definitely need to own a copy. The illustrations are amazing, and all the advice *seems* solid. (IANAD or a yoga teacher, though)
