Solaris has become known for its high quality anthologies. This science fiction collection is no exception with all original short stories from some of the world's finest genre authors including Daniel Abraham, Ken MacLeod, Stephen Baxter, and more. This series goes from strength to strength ... Stephen Baxter's stunning 'Artifacts' ... is worth the cover price alone, but there isn't a dud in the entire collection. -- Eric Brown, Guardian Sat. 07.03.09

Review: The Solaris Book of New Science Fiction (Solaris Book of New Science Fiction #1)

User Review  - Robert - Goodreads

With the exception of one story, a really fun anthology containing well-written and intriguing tales. The "Third Person" is a fun little trip for the reader, and I love that the alien antagonists in "The Farewell Party" are never even seen or heard from. Read full review
