Read long ago when I lived at the shore, eating veggie burgers and making my own yogurt in a Salton yogurt maker that still works. Science may not be the same today depending on who you follow, as far as whether plant based or animal based takes up more energy to produce. Read full review

Frances Moore Lappe, author of fifteen books, has received seventeen honorary doctorates and was the fourth American to receive the Right Livelihood Award, called the Alternative Nobel Prize.
